Welcome to Simply+. These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made on our website and outline the terms under which we operate. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.  

Orders and Payment

All orders placed through Simply+ are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at our discretion and to limit the quantities of products offered. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving product availability or pricing errors. Prices are listed in US currency and are valid only in the United States. Prices subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other secure payment options. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount. Sales tax will be applied to orders where applicable, based on the shipping address and current tax rates. The total amount of sales tax will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. You agree to cover any shipping and handling fees displayed at the time of your purchase. We reserve the right to modify, increase, decrease, or remove shipping and handling charges as needed. However, we will inform you of the applicable charges before you complete your purchase. While we make every effort to process and ship orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing for international orders, or other factors beyond our control. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or mis-delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate at the time of order placement. If a package is marked as delivered but is subsequently lost or stolen, we cannot be held liable for the loss. We recommend that customers monitor their tracking information and take necessary precautions to secure their packages upon delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and would like to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions. Please note that items must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Proof of purchase is required in order to receive a refund. Reports of damaged Products or order discrepancies must be communicated to us within 72 hours of delivery in order to qualify for replacement or refund.


Coupon Codes and Promotions

Coupon codes and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Coupons must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time without notice.
